Apple is being prepared for distribution of movies and other content through iTunes. A kiosk, a wireless device.

The concept of the device is expressed AppleInsider, Sunday (10/5/2009). AppleInsider get this concept from the patent Apple.

In patent, the device is described that will function as a kiosk to sell the film to the user devices such as Apple iPod. This kiosk will be deployed in the region that is not covered the wireless network.
While such digital kiosks already exist, the concept of Apple intends to fix. One is the user does not need to connect
with the physical kiosks to download movies or other content.

Not yet ascertained whether the patent submitted on behalf of the employees of Apple Mavrakakis Thomas akan this actually realized or not. Often large companies such as Apple to the patent, but not realized as a product.
